Refund policy

Because several items are made to order or personal-care, we do not offer unused change-of-mind returns on opened grooming products.

If the item is unused, in original packaging, and you contact us within 14 days of delivery, we will review a return. Return shipping is on you unless we shipped the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.

Damaged or incorrect orders: we replace or refund. Message us through the contact form.
